2 Leaving the classroom Step 2:
Take pass according to where you’ll be going. Step 1: Sign Out-include all needed information Step 3: RETURN pass!!!! Step 5: Sign back in.

3 When may you leave the classroom?
Students may leave after getting permission from Sra. Mora. Unless there is an emergency, students should not leave the classroom during instructional time. 10-Minute Policy Students may not leave the classroom 10 minutes after the bell or 10 minutes before the bell.

4 Cell Phones Unless given instructions to use phones, please keep cell
phones packed away. After the first warning, you will be asked to put your phone here and a phone call will be made home. This is also where all phones go during quizzes/tests.

9 Tutoring and Make Up work: Tutoring will be offered to students through the Spanish Honor Society. I will also be available for tutoring on the following days: Monday: after school Tuesday: during lunch Thursday: during lunch & after school If you are unable to attend these days for tutoring, you may make an appointment for other times. YOU MUST SIGN UP BEFORE ARRIVING FOR EXTRA HELP!!!!!

11 Grading: (0%) Diagnostic—pretests, informal observation, etc
Grading: (0%)   Diagnostic—pretests, informal observation, etc. (40%) Formative—quizzes, teacher questions, homework, group work, etc. (60%) Summative—formal observations, tests, presentations, term papers, etc. Proficiency (70% or higher) on summative assessments will be critical to students receiving a passing grade for class.
