Ask students if they have used Docs and in what situations. If you don’t have a lot of response, you may want to ask if they have ever used Microsoft Word, and in what situations.

5. Google Slides Create and deliver presentations
Includes dynamic templates that users can work from
Can print handouts directly from slides
Ask students if they have used Slides and in what situations. If you don’t have a lot of response, you may want to ask if they have ever used Microsoft PowerPoint, and in what situations.

6. Google Sheets Create spreadsheets to organize data
Formulate graphs and charts
Perform mathematical calculations
Ask students if they have used Sheets and in what situations. If you don’t have a lot of response, you may want to ask if they have ever used Microsoft Excel, and in what situations.
