1 HB 1559 DESTRUCTION OF DOCUMENTS Effective: Statutes Affected: GV Destruction of documents dating from are unprotected Court documents filed, presented, or produced from 1860 – January 1, 1951 may not be destroyed until the Texas State Library adopts rules
