Located in Thomasville, Georgia House only 3rd and 4th Grade There are a total of eight 4th grade classes and nine 3rd grade classes 747 students 53 teachers, 9 paraprofessionals, 2 administrators, 1 counselor, 1 school psychologist, 1 technology specialist

3 Vision & Mission The Vision: Working Together, we teach and nurture Children to Ensure their Success” The Mission: TCES are supportive learning communities where extraordinary learning experiences inspire children to dream and prepare them for a dynamic future.

4 Needs Assessment Cross Creek will improve core academic instruction of the Common Core Georgia Performance Standards (CCGPS: Cross will increase the number of students missing fewer than 15 days from 92% in 2013 to 94% in 2014, to 96% in 2015, then to 97% in 2016 Cross Creek will reduce discipline referrals from an average of 3.53 a day in to 2 days in 2014. Cross Creek will increase parent involvement contacts by 50% in (Cross Creek SIP, 2013)

Six students were tested Not enough students to give data but the goal for academic achievement in Reading 100%, Lang Arts 87%, Math 63%, Science 70%, and Social Studies 71%

22 Summary Cross Creek Elementary has put in place some curriculum changes that will help in the areas of intervention, tutoring, and regular progress monitoring. Technology is also another component that is growing rapidly with the teachers. These and other resources will help increase student learning and reduce student retention.
