2 When you Pray… Address God as “Father” – Set apart in holiness (Lk. 11:2) Godly Desire: “Thy Kingdom Come” (Matt. 6:10) Our Needs: (Lk. 11:3-4) Daily Bread Forgiveness of sin Don’t abandon us in temptation – but deliver us from the evil one (Matt. 6:13)

Luke 11: 1-13 Luke 18: 7-8 “Lord, teach us to pray…” My “Father” is not “troubled” when I ask – and He does not finally give in to my requests so as not to be bothered.

My “Father” is only going to grant the good gifts we request – consistent with the Holy Spirit “Lord, teach us to pray…” Luke 11: 11-13
