To: Ensure the organisation is viable:- Both financially And in terms of meeting its mission Public trust and accountability is an essential By: Running processes, customs, policies, laws and institutions affecting the way people direct, administer or control the organisation

Is fundamental to their success. It enables and supports a charity’s compliance with the law and relevant regulations. It also promotes a culture where everything works towards fulfilling the charity’s vision.
