Help Course summary—Share documents Course summary Share documents You can share any type of document in your SkyDrive Pro library with co-workers, regardless of file type. To share a folder or document Browse to your SkyDrive Pro library. Click the ellipsis (…) to the right of the entry. Click Share. Invite people to view or edit. To add people to your sharing list Browse to the document or folder in your SkyDrive Pro library. Click the shared with some people icon in the Sharing column. Click Invite People. Type the names of the people you want to add. Choose View or Edit. Manage document versions Your SkyDrive Pro library keeps two versions of any document that you’ve shared with others: the version most recently edited by a co-worker, and the version you last edited. To see version history Browse to your Documents library Click the ellipsis (…) to the right of the document. Notice the name of the person who last edited the document and the date of that change. To return to your most recent version, click Undo Changes.
