We have a track record Change is coming whatever path we choose, so let’s aim high (There are 1.8m of us, we’re a modestly sized STP in English terms) We know how tough the change will be, and what it will take for all of us to make this one a success for the service

Public Health England’s Sugar Smart and Food Smart apps have been downloaded 3.4M times 1 in 20 searches are health-related NHS Choices Google Patient Online Apps More than 12M people have signed up More than 1M of these view their record every month Gets 1.5M visits a day This slide is for any members of the audience who may still doubt that there is a public appetite for digital health services. We don’t need to look very far to find examples of where significant numbers of people are engaging with digital tools and information to manage their health and care better.
