1 New share class designation for Schroder ISF distribution shares
Additional characters added to name will identify certain share class characteristics ‘This new flexibility offers welcome choices for income investors to receive distributions to suit their needs’ The SISF distribution share class names will incorporate some additional characters at the end of the existing name which will enable users to identify certain characteristics of the share class that are not currently distinguished within the name. The implementation date for the new share class designation is 11 September 2018, and from this date we will be able to: Provide more information about the distributions being made by the share class, as the users will be able to identify a number of different share class characteristics, including: distribution frequency, distribution type and whether the share class pays out the currency carry Provide a more complete range of distribution share classes as we will have the flexibility to launch multiple distribution share class types for the same fund. This means we will be able to cater for different regional preferences for distribution policies e.g. different distribution frequencies The share class designations are: Distribution frequency: M = monthly, Q = quarterly, S = semi-annual, A = annual Distribution type: F = fixed or V = variable Currency premium C (Note: if a share class does not distribute any currency premium this will not be specified) Different Distribution Rates: 2, 3, 4, 5,… The actual fixed percentage will not be displayed in the name, instead a numerical suffix will differentiate the share classes (e.g. 2,3, n) This enables the launch of multiple fixed distribution share classes with different distribution rates for the same fund

The share class name will disclose if the share class is hedged (if the share class is unhedged, this will not be specified) The implementation of the new share class naming designation will be reflected in our documents and website as follows: Website (internal and external): will display the new name Prospectus: will be updated during Q to include additional information about the share class designations Filenames for KIIDs and Factsheets: will display the new name KIIDs and Factsheets: the current share class name at the top of KIIDs and Factsheets will remain unchanged, however the KIIDs and Factsheets will state and describe the distribution policy within the documents e.g. fixed or variable Existing share class name New share class name Schroder ISF Global Equity Yield A Distribution Schroder ISF Global Equity Yield A Distribution MV A quarterly distributing fixed class Another fixed class with a different fixed rate Schroder ISF Global Equity Yield A Distribution QF Schroder ISF Global Equity Yield A Distribution QF2
