The problem is its somewhat bother some to stick your umbrella in this dispenser

So.. What we thought was to make a umbrella bag that never disappears
And that is easy or fun to use.
To explain the first one, the cover stays on the top of the umbrella,
And when you fold it, you simply unroll the cover.
(It kind of works like …… )
To put it simply, second one is like a pocket ball on the top of the umbrella.
So when you push the button of the pocket ball it opens up and drops the umbrella bag.
Also, we thought that this ball might be also used to cover many other things.
For example, with a nice design you can have it on your bag and when it rains, you can
