Approaches:
Instinctual drives: Behavior is motivated by; Eros (life and instinct), Thanatos (Aggressive drive and death instinct).
Our unconscious mind (id and superego) are in constant conflict with our conscious mind (the ego) creating anxiety.

5. Cognitive Theory
