Start with an object or an idea. In 5 minutes write down anything that comes to mind. No thoughts are unimportant or silly at this stage! Stop once you have run out of ideas. Analyse the ideas, eliminate those that are not important. What are you left with? In pairs, complete blue skies thinking for school lunches I want at least 20 ideas in a list or mind map.
