8 Docked Docking- Removal of a portion of the tail to prevent the anus from becoming dirty possibly resulting in disease Animals that are Docked: Sheep Swine

10 Debeaking Debeaking- to remove the tip of the upper mandible to prevent cannibalism and fighting Animals that are debeaked: Poultry

11 Shearing Shearing- to cut or clip the hair or wool
