Detailed description of contract:
A design and Build scheme that provided Twelve new build apartments, associated infrastructure and landscaping. The units are managed by a charitable Foundation as general needs
rented housing for the over 50s. Built in a desirable residential location alongside established gardens and mature trees. The design was sympathetic to its surroundings, met the preservation requirements of local planners, and blends seamlessly into the landscape.
