2. How Physical Disabilities Affect us
There are 3 main physical disabilities
Deafness or loss of hearing
Blindness or loss of sight
Speech Impairment

3. What kind of barriers we live with today
Some of the different physical disabilities
Autism, loss of hearing, memory loss, learning disability, sight loss.

4. How we understand and move forward with barriers
We can help to break through these barriers by understanding and trying to help
Deafness/ Loss of hearing – Use sign language
Blindness/ Loss of sight – Introduce yourself before entering a room and only touch them when they are aware of it
Speech impairment – Do your best to understand and if needed you can use sign language for a patient with this disability
