3 Reflection and evaluation are ongoing processes that can be both formal and more informal. A formal evaluation process and schedule should be established at the start of any initiative. Smaller, less formal evaluations can be conducted at various other times, in order to confirm initiative steps are aligned with your goals. For example, an informal review of a new teaching practice may be conducted once the practice is implemented to ensure students are benefitting
