Cut along the neck of the T-Shirt and remove the collar. Cut off the sleeves along the seam, it will look like a tank top.
Cut the lower part of the T-Shirt into stripes (bottom-up) of cm of length and with a distance of 1 cm to the next one.
Pull each stripe, it will become longer and thinner.
Now you have to knot the two opposite stripes (back and front) together until the lower part is closed entirely.
