Price List Introduction
A price list refers to a list of items maintained by an organization along with their price details. A price list is generally used by organizations which deal in multiple products. Price Lists are maintained in various structures for different types of buyers (Customers) viz, wholesalers , retailers , dealers and consumers. The price is structured based on the classification of buyers and is referred to at the time of making sales. Whenever a sale price changes reflect in the price list also. In Case of bulk sales , discounts can also be given to the buyers.

Price Level Configuration
Note : Ensure that the Company is enabled for Accounts with Inventory. Go to Gateway of Tally > F11: Features > F2: Inventory Features screen. Tab down to Use Multiple Price Levels field and press Enter to go to Company Price Levels screen. Product Walk through Show them the steps to alter and revise the price level.

POS Introduction Features of POS
POS is an acronym for Point of Sale. Point of Sale could mean a retail shop, a check-out counter in a shop or any other location, where a sales transaction takes place. The various POS equipment used in retail outlets are Cash registers, card readers and barcode scanners. It is a computerized Cash Register which adds the sales total, computes the State sales tax or VAT, calculates the change from the money tendered and automatically adjusts the store’s inventory to debit the amount of inventory sold.
