GADSL will have a “Mid Year Update” in August 2015 Suggestions from EU Team: - “P” for REACH Phthalates that passed the sunset date (DEHP, DBP, DiPB) Deletion of selected radioactive substances Biocides Regulation (EU) 528/2012 changes and the suggestion to change classification to “D” with sunset date March 2017 Dr. Oldenburg-Nazaruk, GADSL, 22nd April 2015

EU GASG is watching the changes on legal changes, especially for Endocrine Disruptors EU Commission is working on criteria, planned publication Q4/2013, Now expected entry into force of final criteria Q2/2017 Nanomaterials Some memberstates have national inventories, reporting is difficult, as nanomaterials don’t have unique identifiers.
