3 Lake Garda A major body of water in Italy is Lake Garda, a lake with an area of 91,424 acres.

4 Mont Blanc The highest point in Italy is the peak of Mont Blanc, with an elevation of 4,808 metres.

5 Most Popular Sport In Italy, the most popular sport in Italy is football, or soccer in America.

6 Battle of the Oranges A famous festival in Italy is Battle of the Oranges, a food fight where oranges represent old weapons, this is celebrated after the tale of a evil marquis who was killed by a young woman.

7 Exports & Companies In Italy, popular exports from there would be refined petroleum or pharmaceuticals, with companies like Eni or Luxottica shipping them.

8 European Union Italy joined the EU on January 1’st 1958, they originally joined the EEC which was renamed to EU.

9 Robert De Niro Robert De Niro is a famous Italian actor who is considered a living legend due to his fluent Italian in the Godfather.

10 Benito Mussolini Benito Mussolini was the founder of the Fascist Party, and being an ally of Hitler.

11 Italy in WWI During WWI, Italy originally was part of the Central Powers, but then switched to the Allies. They has assisted in at least 7 battles.

12 Italy in WWII During WW2, Italy had sided with the Germans on the Axis Side, and very eventually invaded, on a mission named Operation Husky.

14 Italy’s Government Italy has a Republican, Unitary State, Parliamentary republic, and Constitutional republic government.

16 Pantheon The Pantheon is currently a museum, it used to be a temple that dedicated to all gods of Pagan Rome.

20 Language In terms of native tongue, the top 3 are Italian being 96.8% being Italian, 1.31% being English, and 1.04% being Basque.

21 Relationship with U.S Italy currently has a good relationship with the U.S ever since they signed the Treaty of Peace which is one of the Paris Peace treaties.
