Lagash wanted to improve efficiency by making daily work more productive and getting better results from customer content because companies are processing more content every day.

SOLUTION
Lagash uses Microsoft Azure Media Services for transcript and indexing content. Lagash takes advantage of Azure components, elasticity and growth capacity to achieve a scalable solution that’s reachable by any type of customer. For this project Lagash uses Microsoft Azure Media Indexer, Azure Database, Azure Blobs, queues, Worker Roles and Web Roles. Lagash’s Voice Analytics uses automatic content classification in audio-visual formats. The solution can analyze a greater number of calls in less time. Search capabilities include the ability to hear exact phrases with keywords.
