Send data requests via a .tcsh script for seed volumes to BREQFAST, IRIS NETDC, BERKELEY NETDC, CANADIAN AUTODRM Manual ftp to site and download with mget .tcsh scripts to run rdseed. Place sac files in directories setup to organize data by event (base/year/month/day). Move response files to a response database directory Prep the data (merge, remove instrument response, etc…). C program calling fftw3 and evalresp libraries. C code to check the available data and make a metadata database and a data database. Move databases to big memory server and run the noise correlations (another c program). More c codes to reduce to measurable sac files. Measure the dispersion with c/fortran codes and do group/phase tomography with fortran code. Usually run these codes by wrapping in .tcsh scripts. Organization is by linux directory structure.
