2 Heart Map Overview & Instructions
Heart maps contain words, images, quotes and phrases to represent significant events, memories, people, passions, goals and ideas that are closely connected to one's heart and identity. 1) Start with one of the prompts and create a section on your heart to represent it. You can use words, images, symbols or quotes to represent your identity. 2. You can color in sections of your heart (e.g., you might want to color code it: purple for important people, green for passions, blue for goals, yellow for your personal strengths) once you’ve filled in all of the sections. 3. Start in pencil and then start adding colour or fine-lining as you draft your ideas.
