Can be free or inexpensive to all residents in a geographical region
Provide physical and intellectual access to resources
Provide assistance in using resources
Particular focus on education and IT

3. Purpose of Survey
Determine if national and local libraries have adopted or addressed the SDGs and CRPD
Determine what services are currently being offered to people with disabilities
Raise awareness of libraries about the SDGs and CRPD

National Library Associations
National Libraries
Individual school, public, academic, and special libraries
