British Columbia’s diverse people have Asian Ancestors.
Trade is done with the Asian countries of the Pacific Rim so BC wants a good relationship with them.
It is easier for BC to trade with Pacific Rim countries because it is separated from the rest of Canada by the Rocky Mountains.
