9 Affordability -Exact number of Varsity players is unknown until after tryouts -We must know we can fund trip well in advance -No Scholarships are available for this trip. -Payment Sheet -Families will receive a sheet at the end of the presentation -Sheet will determine the amount you can afford to put towards the trip - You can pledge Exact fee, Less than whole, or More than total if that is an option. -Sheets will be turned into Athletic office. Specifically Ms. Harbison. NOT TO Coaches Coaches will have no knowledge of Fee pledges Athletics will then calculate total cost vs pledges. If fundraising the discrepancy of fee sheets is manageable. Trip will be approved.

10 -If needed parents can be put on an additional fundraising plan
-If needed parents can be put on an additional fundraising plan. This should be arranged directly with Chris Livatino privately -Individual fundraising cannot involve coaches -Family members that request financial assistance should not plan on attending. That expense could be better used to support the full expense. In essence you would be subsidizing the family member to attend. That is unfair to other families.

11 Important Dates: Affordability sheets Due to Athletics office by Oct 12 -Payment for Trip Due by March 8th -Individual Fundraising plans must be complete by the start of 2019 season. -Any financial assistance questions should be discussed with Chris Livatino and Clarinda Harbison. NOT Coaches. Thanks
