By what factor will you reduce each ingredient to make the desired 180 mL? How much diphendyramine elixir is necessary for the original formula? How much of each ingredient will be used to make 180 mL of “magic mouthwash”?

Sensitivity rating = 4 mg, permissible error 4% Sensitivity rating = 2 mg, acceptable error rate 5%

5 Question 4 The following is an old capsule formula that a veterinarian likes to use: Hydralazine 15 mg Reserpine 75 mcg Furosemide 20 mg D.T.D capsules #30 If prescription had “M. ft” instead of “D.T.D”, how many micrograms of hydralazine would be contained in one capsule”
