3. Program Design Cohort model
Program focused on developing individual and targeted turnaround leadership competencies
Individual leadership development plan and action project
Beginning of program BEI
360 assessment at beginning and post-end of program year
6 hours Leadership coaching (1 on site visit each semester)
Program Coordinator weekly support and two on-campus 360 assessment feedback visits
Blend of face-to-face and online training and development
Orientation and Leadership Kick-Off (rescheduling or integrating into Sept. class?)
7 on-site weekend classes, 1 off site session facilitation
Time between on-site sessions to complete readings, online engagement, action project
