Medical rep. ensure orders are entered into CHCS for deploying patients
Considerations:
IDC prescription limitations
Deployment supply in conjunction with meds recently dispensed
Consults with specialty providers

Medical rep. submits a list to Fleet Liaison to include:
Full name, DOD ID #, drugs to be processed
Turnaround time 2-3 weeks
Pickup options
Medical rep. picks up order
Individual members can pick up at Balboa Main Pharmacy

Last Minute Orders
For newly reporting personnel, coordinate with Pharmacy Fleet Liaison to process entered orders ahead of time
Patients can go directly to Dispensing Window at Balboa; avoid check in process
