9 Air Ambulance - 1 Remain 50 yards away
Approach aircraft in full view of crew Maintain a low silhouette Approach aircraft from the sides HH-60L Black Hawk

10 Air Ambulance - 2 Load most seriously casualty last
Load upper birth first, then immediately below Place casualty lengthwise, head toward direction of travel Secure casualty’s litter to aircraft
