Preaching and teaching are essential but making disciples requires more than inspiration and information, it requires implementation.
Jesus wanted His disciples to more than know about Him, He wanted them to know Him and to become like Him (see Luke 6:40).
A leader can preach and teach based on what they know; however, a leader makes disciples by who they are.
Focus on quality smaller will result in healthy larger.
