9 J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS)
J6 manages the procurement of IT HW/SW, SW development and other IT services across the Agency. In FY17, DLA awarded an IDIQ contracting vehicle designed to produce cost efficiencies/avoidance and a streamlined approach for obtaining IT services. $6.2B contract (5 year base/1 3-yr option) supports a full range of IT services covering 21 task areas and various labor categories. Savings derived from competition of various IT requirements has resulted in a cost savings/avoidance of 24% of projected costs. Streamlined acquisition approach has resulted in an average of 51 days for task order awards In FY18, 82 task orders have been awarded totaling $466.6M; 45% were large business awards and 55% went to small business
