Above indications displayed in SCADA and on alarms pages for operator visibility
Primary procedure has been implemented which defines operator actions and which references additional procedures for each type of error

3. R3 PacifiCorp defines Real Time Assessments as:
State Estimator (SE)
PAC Real Time Contingency Analysis (RTCA)
PEAK RTCA (alternate)
SCADA one lines and calculations

SE or RTCA failure to converge

PacifiCorp has an independent process to monitor the alarm process (Sentinel Remote Terminal Unit (RTU)) in both active and standby servers
Alarm process cannot be used to alarm for itself
A red strobe light flashes in the control room when the independent process determines that the alarm process has failed
Operator actions are to immediately contact technical support.
