5 STEP 3: Practice conducting the survey.
Introduce yourself and your purpose. 2. Ask if the person would mind completing a short survey. 3. Read the questions and the possible answers to the person. Explain in more detail if they need more information. Be neutral with your opinions. 4. Record the person’s responses. 5. At the end of the survey, thank them for their time.

STEP 4: Look at the charts to summarize your research. (explain the data in words) Baseball is the most loved sport at my school. The second most loved sport is soccer. Many people at my school do not enjoy football and tennis. About half of the people enjoyed basketball. The school should give more money to the baseball and soccer teams for their equipment because it is being played the most. The remaining funds, could be given to basketball. Tennis and football should are not a priority at this time.
