Detailed description of contract:
Construction of a contemporary detached home, in an established residential area, and protected by local conservation covenants. The Four bedroom two-storey house is a bespoke design aimed to complement the 1920’s art deco ‘Beehive Garage’ situated at the front of the site.
Combining cutting edge technology with traditional craftsmanship the building incorporates energy efficient materials, feature glazing, large open plan ground floor reception rooms, underfloor heating throughout, luxury bathrooms, bespoke joinery, rainwater attenuation and landscaping.
