Establish your writing space and get comfortable with writing in that space.

Assemble your writing tools: note pads, pens, thesaurus, and laptop.
Break the writing project into small pieces so you can accomplish something each time you write.
Settle on your BIG idea.

Establish a sacred deadline that is about nine months out.
Embrace procrastination and the dog days of summer.
