5. Step 1: Register Interest
Step 1: Tell us who you are.
Include students name First-Last (as listed on Report Card)
Be sure to double check all details included as it will be used as primary contact information.

6. Please include: if your son/daughter is a Peel student
OEN number found on student report card.
If your daughter/son has an IEP. If YES bring in a hard copy for accommodations. Having an IEP does NOT hinder your chances of acceptance.
Parent/.Guardian information. address must be current. This is the ONLY means of communication

7. Written Responses
Two questions. They are not assessed, evaluated, no right/wrong answer.
Parents do not fill out. Won’t help your chances of acceptance but is an important opportunity for conversation and reflection with your child.
