Fat suppression T1-weighted MRI without (A) and with (B) contrast shows complex cystic left seminal vesicle mass with internal lobulated solid mass (arrowhead) and high signal fluid (arrow) in left seminal vesicle mass. Fluid signal is typical for hemorrhagic or proteinaceous fluid. On T2-weighted image (C) fluid portion (arrow) remains high signal similar to bladder and without T1 images could not be characterized as hemorrhagic or proteinaceous fluid.
