2. Manufacturing Facility
The new manufacturing facility is located in the village Mulići, three kilometers away from the urban area of Visoko and 800 meters from the customs terminal, railway station for passanger and cargo transportation and the entrance to the highway A1. The building and courtyard are located right next to the local paved road, the land is surrounded with more parking spaces, paved and lighted. This location is mainly represented with individual constructions, combined residential and commercial and manufacturing facilities.

3. PRODUCTION FACILITY Technical description:
The commercial production building is a free-standing building on flat ground solved as a basement, ground floor and attic. The basement and ground floor of the premises for meat processing and storage rooms and in the attic there are ancillary and administrative offices and there is a connection with the ground floor with two-pole stairs, and in the second part of the building are packing plant with storage rooms. All floors are bound with a freight elevator.

4. PRODUCTION FACILITY Construction description:
The building was constructed using conventional methods of construction with structural walls and floor construction. It is based on strip foundations and foundation walls of compacted concrete. All external load-bearing walls are made of brick blocks masonry in lime mortar thickness of 25cm. The walls are also made of bricks 25cm thickness. In the basement a horizontal waterproofing is done. On the confrontations of the walls there are made vertical reinforced concrete columns, and the whole structure is reinforced horizontally. The floor joists are conventional reinforced concrete ceiling. The roof structure is of fir, and the loft is of aluminium sheet metal.

5. PRODUCTION FACILITY Internal processing:
BASEMENT AND GROUND FLOOR: In the basement and the ground floor are rooms for meat processing and storage rooms. All the walls in the rooms are plastered in two coats and fitted to the top with ceramic tiles. As floor covering an industrial floor was made type ferobeton and in some parts industrial floor tiles. All doors and windows in the building are PVC plasticized profiles.

6. PRODUCTION FACILITY THE ATTIC:
In the attic are located dressing rooms, bathrooms, kitchen with a restaurant and in the second part of the building is a packing plant with storage rooms and sanitary facilities. Depending on the purpose walls and floors are processed and all installed materials are first class.

7. PRODUCTION FACILITY Outdoor processing:
The outer walls are completed, the infrastructure is fully done. All the walls are plastered and then painted into facade paints. The gutter pipes are made of aluminium sheets and the roof flashings are of fir paneling painted and lacquered.

8. PRODUCTION FACILITY INSTALLATIONS:
The supply of healthy drinking water is from the municipal water supply and there is also a private draw-well. The indented water and sewage network in the facility are finished, the sewage connection is to the local sewage system. The strong current installations are indented with a special scale for consumption. The low current installations are also indented as well as video surveillance and alarm sensors, fire preventation, sanitary protection. All the installations are in accordance with the technical requirements.

9. ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS
The company was founded in 1984 and in that time the company was a craft type and in that time the company dealed with dry meat products and in 1995 the company expanded their product range and now produces:
-boiled meat products of beef and poultry
-traditional dry meat products of beef
-molded products from beef and poultry
-cooked meat products of beef.

10. ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS
From the fourth month of 2009, the company implemented HACCP and Halal Certificates too.
In 2010, the company obtained a solution and the export license from the Republic of Turkey for the export of finished products.

11. ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS
The company has their own transformer station of 250kw and a Local connection of 80kw, a screw compressor. The facility also has a mini gas station with cca 2200 l and also a gas bottle with cca 2200 l. The gas is conducted in the building to the room where the meat products are cooked. The facility also has a boiler room with a solid fuel boiler 130kw and the whole building is full equipped with central heating system. The building is air conditioned.
The facility owns six cooling chambers plus/minus and also a shock chamber. The company has also three dryers for traditional cured meat products with the capacity of 8 tons in 7 days.

12. EQUIPMENT IN THE PRODUCTION FACILITY
Forklift, pallet truck,tri three cauldron for cooking, filler, thermal smoke chamber, meat mixer, meat grinder, icemaker, meat cutter, packing machine multivac,saw, meat clipper, scales until 15kg, scales until 150 kg, stainless steel tables, the whole butcher equipment like knifes, knife sharpener, grids and other small items, knife sterilizers.

23. RESIDENTAL BUILDING WITHIN THE PRODUCTION FACILITY
LOCATION: Mulići, Visoko
The house is located on a flat terrain as a free-standing building constructed with ground floor and first floor. The size of the building is 9,00x8,00 meters and the ground floor was upgraded with another room with a size of 4,00x3,00 meters. The house is based on a strip foundation, foundation walls of reinforced concrete. The system of the construction is a classic one with Load-bearing walls and supporting walls floor construction. Load-bearing walls are made of bricks 25cm thickness, and reconstructed from the same material of 14cm thickness. On the confrontations of the walls there are made vertical reinforced concrete columns. The entire structure is horizontal stiffened with horizontal reinforced concrete beams. The floor joists are classic AB ceilling. The roof structure is hipped from fir, and the loft is from tiles. The staircase is a classic double-flight, made of reinforced concrete and frocessed with wooden planks and trim.

24. RESIDENTAL BUILDING WITHIN THE PRODUCTION FACILITY
INTERNAL TREATMENT:
The entrance to the ground floor is from the front of the yard. The ground floor contains a central hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and a storage room and also the stairs to the first floor. On the first floor there is a hall, four bedrooms and a balcony. All walls and ceilings are plastered on two layers, with extended lime mortar. For the final processing dispensing colors were made. The floors are made with parquet, with is coated with a colorless dye. In the kitchen and bathroom tiles were set on the walls and floors. The external joinery is from extruded PVC profiles in white.

25. RESIDENTAL BUILDING WITHIN THE PRODUCTION FACILITY
EXTERNAL PROCESSING:
The exterior facade walls are classically processed and plastered and finished with coloring on the type Hirofa wich is fully implemented. A part of the facade- the ground floor is coated with processed stone slabs two sided. The plinth facade walls is lined with kulirplast. Potkov je rađen od jelove daske i premazan tamnim sadolinom. Oluci i olučne cijevi su urađene od bojenog aluminijskog lima. U sklopu objekta je izvedeno i vanjsko uređenje u skladu sa namjenom objekta i okolnim terenom odnosno dvorište je obloženo sa betonskom galanterijom. The attic is made of fir planks witch were coated with dark color wood protection type sadolin. Gutters and pipes are made of painted aluminum sheet. Within the building the exterior decoration in accordance with the purpose of the faciility and surrounding ground were done the courtyard is lined with concrete goods.

26. RESIDENTAL BUILDING WITHIN THE PRODUCTION FACILITY
INSTALLATIONS:
The supply of healthy drinking water is from the local water supply. The water lines and connections to the local water supply are intended. The plumping is performed by technical regulations, and the connection to the local sewage network is also done. The electric power connection is via a electric timer. The whole installation is done in accordance with the technical regulations. The heating system is via a solid fuel boiler with radiators.
AREA: ground floor 71,10 m2, first floor 63,25 m2 and the garden 225 m2.
The residental building is fully adaptated, also the bathroom is full adaptated.

The building is based on a strip foundation walls of reinforced concrete. The load-bearing walls are made of brick blocks 25cm thickness. The entire structure is horizontal stiffened with reinforced concrete beams. The roof constructure if made of fir and the loft is of aluminum metal sheet.

30. BUILDING INTENDED FOR RETAIL
Internal processing:
All walls in the inner are plastered in two coats and fitted to the top with ceramic tiles. As a floor covering there are industrial tiles. All internal materials witch were used are first class.
Outward processing:
The outer walls are completed, the infrastructure is fully developed. All the walls are plastered and then painted with facade paints. The gutter pipes are made of aluminum sheet and the roof flashings are made of fir paneling painted and varnished.

The commercial production building, the residental building and the retail store are located on a total area of cca 2000m2, fully adaptated and ready for living, for the production, processing and selling of meat products.
