Goals/Priorities
The goals/priorities of the Cincinnati Eagles Baseball Club are as follows:
Build strong character in young men through the concept of Team Sports, and faith in Christ.
Develop future CHCA Eagles Baseball Champions
Create a viable path to play baseball at the next level (High School Varsity, College, etc.) for any athlete that has that desire. Help facilitate scouting relationships and “best path” approach to reach these goals.

Encourage our young men to stay year round with the RC program. It is incumbent on the CEBC program to give a compelling reason for our players to “want” to commit to winter workouts and/or a possible Fall season with CEBC as well.
Chemistry, camaraderie, friendships, and life long memories are built through baseball.
Support, encourage, and work with schedules of multi-sport athletes that play more than just baseball. A well-rounded athlete is a big part of the athletic experience.
