constructed of 2 parts –a molded substrate and a film layer - most polycarbonates utilize a colored film over a gray substrate. If the polycarbonate is scratched, the film is damaged revealing the gray substrate. For the Mobilizer NXT Hardside pieces, we have used a colored film and a colored substrate. If a bag is scratched the color will remain consistent
