3. Consideration of the theme
Quality assurance forensic, or criminalistic expertise is based on
the application of the ISO standard as the most important
single standard for standardization and testing laboratory.

4. Accreditation under this standard is the technical capability of the
laboratory to carry out testing.
An institution that deals with criminal investigation of the sea pass

the laboratory. for decision making on the principles of quality
control management and the way of using and securing the
resources of the laboratory. It is usually a board of executives or a
similar body that can have financial autonomy.

6. In particular, the role of the quality control manager (QA
managers).This position requires a standard. This person is
responsible for thedaily introduction and management of quality
control. It is also responsible for document management processes
for integrating quality control manuals, and for organizing quality
assurance checks.

7. The quality assurance system and quality control system are an
indispensable factor in determining the reliability of the work of
forensic laboratories / institutes. The same is, according to its EU
legislation, obligatory for all forensic laboratories institutes in the
EU (through decisions of the Council of the EU in relation to DNA
tests of dactyloscopic expertise).

8. The quality of the analyzes and the results of court expertises are
important for the judicial system, law enforcement, crime
prevention and health policy, as well as for international
harmonization, exchange and coordination of information and
forensic data in the world.

9. Quality standards cover the entire process of the court expert's
work from the time the police arrive at the scene: on-site
examinations, laboratory tests, interpretation of test results and
reporting, to the presentation of the opinion at the main hearing.

10. Concluding
Taking the goals of meeting the Council of Europe's Conclusions
2020 EFSA 2020, it is necessary to draw up forensic data bases for
illegal drugs, firearms, manuscripts and documents, footwear
footprints forthe year 2020, and in order to fulfill the mentioned
goal, it is necessary to accredit the forensic methods according to
the standard ISO

11. This project implicitly implies that since 2020, in all EU countries,
judicial expertise is being developed in the same way - in a
standardized way.
