1. Parking Survey Times: 05:30 – 09:00 18:00 – 21:30
The survey will include:
On-street parking including residents pay;
Pay and display;
Single and double yellow lines;
Time of restrictions; and
Disabled parking
Parking survey will be repeated in 15 minute intervals to measure duration of stay based on vehicle licence plates.
The survey will be conducted outside school holidays and on a weekday, but not on a Monday or Friday.
