12 Project Team Team lead is responsible for determining the schedule and facilitating the project. Secretary records all decisions and posts minutes to team web page. Schema editor makes schema changes and provides graphical illustrations. Document editor responsible for consolidating documentation. Domain experts share knowledge of the business process, enabling team to build a comprehensive standard. 12

13 Project Meetings Team holds one hour weekly conference calls utilizing knowledge of domain experts, implementers, and schema editors May have ‘homework’ as needed Team members communicate via list Central location for document storage (canon and googledocs) Weekly builds once project underway Need to determine what day/time is best for weekly meetings 13
