Increasingly consumer driven MyHR Personalised health information – including lifestyle health records, wearable devices, retail purchases and health club data Integrated data sets that connect our fragmented system Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Augmented reality Predictive analytics/genomic sequencing Community and home based healthcare via remote monitoring, IOT’s and increasingly accurate health apps

But the ground is shifting rapidly.

2017 PwC Health Research Institute Survey of US health industry executives in health systems, health insurance, medtech and pharma found that: 49% 81% 66% of provider executives said revamping the customer experience is one of the top 3 priorities over the next 5 years of insurers are investing in technology to improve the member experience of pharma and medtech executives see remote monitoring and smart devices as the greatest opportunity to improve customer experience
