4. Ranging Friendly Beacon

How do you eliminate the traffic associated with ranging request, if all member nodes are not willing to do ranging ?
Piconet controller can broadcast that in its beacon.
1) saves battery life
2) reduces over the air traffic
Beacon could also specify exception(s).

Ranging Etiquette
If you do not wish to range, do you just ignore some ranging requests?
If decision maker is the piconet controller, do you refer them to the piconet controller to get authorization?
RFDs may leave security up to FFDs.
2. Piconet beacon indicates that authorization for ranging request is required.
