With Arizona LEAs already transitioned to AzEDS, School Finance will now be communicating to ASCUS   
School Finance host Friday webinars at 9 a.m.

3. ADE IT support tree LEAs should continue to contact ADE Support Center

5. Scope – AzEDS Phased Approach Feature: AzEDS API & Integrity – Program Codes
Short Term - Enable LEAs to submit program data that is not yet approved (e.g. Title I)
Rollover ALL program codes the LEA was associated to in FY16 (complete as of August 16)
Add Integrity Rules to validate the program data submitted by an LEA is approved, valid submission of program data (in progress; once complete, data will pass Integrity to be used by downstream applications)
Future State
Enable LEAs to submit to any program available within the State (no dependency on rollover)
Extended Integrity Rules to cover all program approval/validity checks
