Serving my community is what brings great meaning to my life. Being able to see young people thrive and overcome obstacles is what brings a smile to my face! AmeriCorps service has brought me both change and opportunity! Tutored 40 AVID students for 5 hours each week Created an afterschool reading buddies program Led a spring break service trip Supported a youth leadership club at the middle school Created a new system for tracking homework progress
