3 Facts & Figures In 2017, local agencies provided services related to homelessness to 1,571 unique individuals.

4 Facts & Figures The primary cause of homelessness locally is underemployment / unemployment not related to any other housing barrier.

Rapid Re-Housing: FHHC is developing a multiagency Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) program that promotes consumer choice in the private rental market for clients of the Coordinated Entry System (CES) through landlord engagement, case management, and tapering financial support.

Coordinated Entry System: a client focused, national best practice that promotes interagency collaboration to triages services based upon client vulnerability

Permanent Supportive Housing: FHHC is actively exploring options to generate more Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) units in the area. PSH is long term housing and social services for individuals with chronic housing barriers.

Project Homeless Connect: Annual event that provides one stop services for those experiencing homelessness
