Case 21-year-old male comes into Student Health in July complaining of difficulty swallowing, solids>liquids, for 2 years. It bothers him less during the winter months. When he came in complaining this spring you put him on high dose PPI without relief. Otherwise he is a healthy young man with a history of seasonal allergic rhinitis for which he takes Claritin PRN.
